President
Mr. Leger Xavier has over 25 years of experience managing and actively implementing strategies to maximize value within a diverse real estate portfolio of food anchored, entertainment and mixed-use urban developments. Mr. Xavier has previously served as Board Member, Treasurer and Chair of the Downtown Yonge Business Improvement Area. Mr. Xavier is a graduate from the University of Western Ontario with an Honors Degree in Urban Development.
Director
David V. Johnston, has over 35 years of real estate industry acquisition/disposition, financial structuring and administration experience, including retail, office, industrial and residential developments.
Controller
Ms. Nicole Lindsay brings 27 years of diverse experience in real estate which includes industrial residential office and commercial/retail properties. Ms Lindsay is responsible for financial reporting budgeting cash management and managing a team of accountants. Ms Lindsay graduated from the University of Guelph with a Bachelors of Commerce(Honours) degree in Business.
Director, Leasing
Ms. Adriana Fritsch has in excess of 20 years Real Estate experience with the last 10 years focused on commercial leasing. Ms. Fritsch’s passion for real estate has given rise to work experience in commercial leasing and development of commercial, residential and mixed- use properties in Canada and Latin America. Ms. Fritsch’s Architecture, Urban Planning and MBA degrees contribute to her technical and financial results driven approach by targeting the right tenancy mix and increasing value of the asset. Ms. Fritsch is a member and volunteer of Toronto CREW and a member of ICSC.
Director, Property Management
Mr. Harinder Brar has in excess of 15 years of experience in the field of Property Management with expertise in managing Retail, Office, and Industrial Assets for small and large real estate enterprises. Mr. Brar is responsible for all aspects of Property Management across our platform and brings excellent organizational and management skills by working in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on providing outstanding service to tenants and stakeholders. Mr. Brar is a graduate of York University with a degree in Remote Sensing and an RPA designation with Bomi International.
Director, Construction
Colm Sharkey has more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry between Ireland and Canada. He has worked as Construction Project Manager for several companies, including Daniel Johnson Architect, Rexall and most recently as Senior Director of Construction at Trinity Development Group in Toronto for nearly 8 years, where he was responsible for major tenant fit-ups, large-scale projects, and worked on major developments in Toronto, Ottawa, and Calgary.
As a key senior team member and Director of Constriction at PenEquity, Mr. Sharkey leads a multidisciplinary team responsible for the construction of all the company’s projects, including commercial, residential, industrial and entertainment.
